Castlemaine Creamy

A creamy fresh smooth white cheese in the style of Fromage Blanc. One of the few cows milk fromage blanc style cheese available.

Talbot (with and without herbs)

A fresh labna style cheese marinated in Australian olive / canola oils with or without mixed herbs.

Ballarat Feta

A firm fresh feta cheese made from cows milk. On tasting the feta you are hit with a lovely salty taste that subsides to reveal a tangy fresh flavour of the cheese. Serve as part of an antipasto, with a salad, crumble over pasta as an alternative to parmesan or simply eat on its own.

Marinated Ballarat Feta

Ballarat feta marinated with herb and garlic or chilli in canola/Australian olive oil. Serve with olives or as part of a salad.
