CHEESE MAKER FOR A DAY

Have you wanted to know how cheese is made?

Would you like make to your own cheese and impress your friends?

Why not join us in our fully hands on one day cheese making workshop with Goldfields Farmhouse cheese maker Nardia Baxter-Keene.

In the workshops you will experience a range of cheese making methods from the very quick to the more sedate. There are two classes to choose from. In the Camembert workshop you will make a Camembert cheese that you take home to mature and ultimately eat, ricotta and yoghurt. In the Blue vein workshop you will make a Blue vein cheese that you take home to mature and ultimately eat, ricotta and mascapone.

Cost
$150 includes GST, lunch and a glass of wine, beer or a  non alcoholic drink,

milk for cheese making, cheese hoop and detailed notes on cheese making.

Cancellation Policy

Once booked, the workshop cannot be refunded. The workshop maybe transferred to another person for that day, or if there is at least a month until your class, another workshop date can be arranged.
